  4. Bowling Green, Kentucky
  5. Lawrence, Kansas
  6. Columbia, Missouri
  7. Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
  8. Gainesville, Florida
  9. San Antonio, Texas
  10. Colorado Springs, Colorado
