To find lists - just enter a word or phrase in the green "find" box and hit enter or click go

To print lists - just click on the "print this list" icon

To email lists to friends - just click on the "email to friend" icon

To join - simply click the "Signup" button or "Register" link.  It's fast and it's free!

To create a list - simply click the "Create a list" button in the upper left of every page on LAL

To create a wiki - when creating a list, simply select that you want it to be a wiki

To edit a wiki - simply click the yellow "Add to this wiki" button on any wiki list

To create and edit your profile - simply click the "My Profile" link at the top of the page and then hit the yellow "Edit Your Profile" button

To add my picture to my profile - simply scroll down to the bottom of the "Edit Your Profile" screen and click "Edit Picture".  It will allow you to select and upload a picture from your computer.

To rate a list - simply select the rating of 1 (lowest) to 5 (highest) that you want for each list.

To comment on a list - simply enter your thoughts in the comment box at the bottom of each list.

To add a list to your favorites - click the "add to favorites" button above every list

To bookmark a list - click the "bookmark" button found halfway down the right column on every list page and submit it to any of the popular sites (Digg, Reddit, Del.icio.us, etc.)

To share a list - copy the HTML code halfway down the right column on every list page and add it in any HTML capable profile

To create a "good" list - create a list with an intriguing, relevant title; specific tags; interesting summary/introduction; and opinionated or factual list items. Often, wiki lists do better because people can edit and add to your thoughts.

To view a lister's profile - simply click on the lister's name; either next to the list title or at the bottom of a list

To view a category page - click on the category on the home page or use the drop down menu on any list or other category page
