Great tips! A few I have put into practice and some I will definitely have to try! Comment by: woman31proverbs While loosing weight, I try to stay away from sodas that retain water, drink more water or tea, eat healthy foods even if it takes me 10 mins to preare. Also, cutting back on the sugar intake; sugar crystals, sugar foods, and sugar drinks(the juices like sunkist). Comment by: katslist
