Don't eat these foods if you value your health
| | Pillsbury crescent rolls – Gooey tubes of bleached dough. Need I say more? |
| | French fries – Fries are NOT a vegetable. Try some leafy greens once in a while. |
| | Low-fat or no-fat salad dressing – Without fats, your body can't absorb and utilize the fat-soluble nutrients in your salad. You may as well eat cardboard. |
| | Skim milk – Skim and low-fat milk is full of oxidized cholesterol - the stuff that causes heart disease. Full fat milk is healthier, especially unpasteurized. |
| | Soft drinks – People who drink soft drinks (even diet soft drinks) are far more likely to be obese. |
| | Margarine – Can you say trans fat? This stuff isn't even food. Just leave some out in the backyard for a month and see what eats it or grows on it – nothing. |
| | Breakfast cereals – Full of stripped down grains, added sugars, salt, preservatives, artificial colors and flavorings. Eat the box – it has more nutrition. |
| | Canned soups – Lousy with hydrolyzed protein and MSG, a known neurotoxin. |
| | Soy burgers - Most modern soy foods are not fermented to neutralize toxins in soybeans, and are processed in a way that denatures proteins and increases levels of carcinogens. |
