As any knitter knows, sitting on the couch with your project in hand and a good movie to watch, is pure bliss. Even better is seeing our beloved craft featured in the movie itself.

1.	A League of Their Own – Geena Davis’s Character, Dottie, knits on the road between games.
2.	The Addams Family – At the end, Morticia announces an upcoming family birth by knitting a baby-sized, 3-legged bodysuit!
3.	Brokeback Mountain – Alma, Ennis’s wife, knits during a boring night home with her grumpy husband.
4.	Chicago – Renee Zellweger, as Roxie Hart, calmly knits during her murder trial.
5.	Four Brothers – Mark Wahlbergs mother is seen knitting at the end.
6.	Harry Potter & The Chamber of Secrets – Mrs. Weasley, known for gifting the family plus Harry with hand-knit Christmas sweaters, has needles that knit on their own!
7.	Lost in Translation – Scarlett Johanson’s character is knitting a scarf in her hotel room.
8.	Never Been Kissed – Drew Barrymore’s character, Josey is a knitter.
9.	Spiderman 3 – Peters aunt knits in several scenes.
10.	The Village – Sigourney Weaver’s character, Alice, winds yarn and knits while her son Lucius holds the skeins.
