I used to be a teacher - we appreciate small tokens (big ones are usually embarrassing). I'd like to suggest that if your children are old enough to write, you have them make a card, or write on the tiny card/envelope/wrapper that comes with the gift. It gives any gift that special, personal touch. Also, it would be nice if you didn't give all the teachers the same gift (doubly true if all the teachers teach in the same grade level or share the same faculty room) for the same reason above.
