STRANGE Wiki List

Tags: Charity, Business, Language, Japan, Biking

With some luck I'll live a while longer but here are a few things that I'd like to do before kicking the bucket.

  •
  • See the kids grow up - We all want this I guess.
  •
  • Get back into Biking - There was a time not all that long ago that biking was a big part of my life. It was helpful in nearly every aspect of my life, creating more energy, reducing stress and keeping fit without an exercise that seemed like work.
  •
  • Visit Japan - I've been to many places in the world but have not seen Japan firsthand. It's a very busy place, Tokyo I'm thinking but it's different enough to be interesting and similar enough to be safe.
  •
  • Learn Another Language - Years ago I studied another language but then lost the ability to speak it through the lack of native speakers around me. I've always wanted to be fluent and have the time now to study. I should get busy right now before my schedule changes again.
  •
  • Make Charitable Donations - Another thing I'd like to do is make more donations for the causes that I believe are valuable. The Irish Fisherman's Association could benefit from my charity but I've not been a big giver for a while. I believe that will change and hope to do so before I bucket out.
  •
  • Build a Sucessful Business - One man's success is another man's failure. The basic idea of my ideal successful business is being able to work from anywhere at any time. To have my own schedule AND to be able to grow the biz by helping others to make some money too.
  •
  • See the US Prosper Again - It's completely different out there now and the US has lost most of it's great opportunities for it's people. Maybe that's the traditional opportunities I should say. They are still out there although many are far away from the US

If I had kids, we'd be 9 for 9. Japan is high on my list too. Now I gotta make me a bukkit list...
