5 cheap eats in Berlin

When working on my dirt cheap travel guide to Berlin, in addition to cheap flights and cheap hostels or hotels, I thought this was a very important part for the budget traveller. Don't spend all your budget on food, here's a few recommandations for cheap eats.
| | The Bird: Burger restaurant. If you order the 750g burger and manages to eat it you get it for free. Can't get better than that! Located at Am Falkplatz 5. |
| | Prater Beergarden at Kastanienallee 7-9, pick up a delicious Bratwurst for 2 euros. |
| | Konnopke's Imbiss: Wurst heaven located underneath the train tracks at Eberswalderstrasse station. Try the Currywurst for only 1.5 euros. |
| | Intersoup is a fancy soup kitchen in Schliemannstrasse 31. Soups go from 4 euros. |
| | Eve & Adams at Rosa Luxemburg Strasse 24-26 is a 100% organic salad and smoothie bar. It's a cheap and healthy lunch. 3 euros for a small smoothie. |
