	RUN SOME SORT OF SPYWARE(delete spyware)
	RUN SOME SORT OF ADWARE (delete adware)
	RUN DISK DEFRAGMENTER (find in accessories/system tools on programs menu)
	RUN FREE INTERNET ERASER(get free on internet)
	RUN DISKSCAN (right click each hard drive press properties/tools/check volumes for errors...then check box that says check disk for errors
	RUN COMPLETE VIRUS SCAN
