Tennis balls are for more than just hitting with a racket. They can be used for dozens of different crafts and useful devices. These are some of the more creative uses I've heard of.
| 1. | Cover a tennis ball in Vaseline and hang it from a tree to ward off gnats and flies. |
| 2. | Drill a hole in it to make a little home for a hamster or mouse. |
| 3. | Put some tennis balls in the dryer with pillows to fluff them up. |
| 4. | Make a face on a tennis ball and cut a slit for the mouth. It can hold pens, pencils, or papers. |
| 5. | Cut a slit in a ball and fill it with beans or jingle bells, then reseal the slit with glue. Babies love this little toy. |
| 6. | Cut a tennis ball in half and use it as a gripper to open stuck jar lids. |
| 7. | Use them as packing material. |
| 8. | Tennis balls are great at removing scuff marks from floors. |
| 9. | Make ornaments out of tennis balls by attaching beads and pipe cleaner with glue. |
| 10. | Make a small cut in a tennis ball and insert the knot from the ribbons of helium balloons to anchor them. |
