1.	Listening too much to exiles.
2.	Disbanding the Iraqi Army.
3.	Equating the Baath party with Saddam Hussein.
4.	Invading force was not of sufficient size, troop levels too low
5.	Censoring newspapers while talking democracy.
6.	Bombing cities.
7.	Didn't train enough Kurds to assist the U.S. military
8.	Reluctance among some U.S. officials to transfer power early on to an Iraqi government and dismantle the U.S. occupation authority
9.	Lack of body armor and sufficient armor on vehicles
10.	Rationale was wrong - no weapons of mass destruction
