GTA4 is one of the most highly anticipated games ever, and let's just say it meets and exceeds expectations. Here are some of the greatest things you can do in the game. By no means is this list complete, plenty more will be added as game progress increases.

| | Get hopped up at a bar, stumble home |
| | See how many consecutive people you can plow over in any one car |
| | Listen to all the radio stations |
| | Pick up a hooker |
| | Meet Lil Jacob, and |
| | Get the RPG from him |
| | Use the RPG to blow up a police helicopter |
| | Get a motorcycle, see how far you can launch Niko from it |
| | Abuse a Corvette |
| | Jump off the highest building you can find |
| | Did someone say drunk driving (By no means is this condoned by the LAL staff in real life, quite fun in the game tho) |
| | Get in a 5 or 6 star police chase |
