Best Vegetables to Grill

In the summer you should take advantage of all the fresh produce available. Grilling can when done right can bring out the best flavor in your vegetables. The key to success, do NOT over grill, keep the veggies crisp.
| | Zuchinni - (Slice in rounds, about 1/4 inch thick) |
| | Eggplant - (Slice in lengths about 1/4 inch thick) |
| | Squash |
| | Carrots - (cut in thin strips - spray with olive oil, for best results) |
| | Onions |
| | Peppers |
| | Corn - (Try sprinkling with a little cumin and chili powder) |

Red peppers especially, and corn on the cob! I've even done broccoli before, and it turned out pretty good! :)
