Aunt Carolyn's Funnel Cake Recipe Funnel Cakes like they have at festivals Kids love em

My aunt Carolyn can cook, boil, bake or fry anything and it's always good. Sometimes she shares her recipes with me.. So thought I would pass em on. This one is for, in her words "funnel cakes like they have at festivals(very healthly)kids will love"
| | 1 cup of flour |
| | 3/4 teasp of baking powder |
| | 1 egg |
| | 1 cup of milk(mix should be kind of thin like pancake or thinner) |
| | 4 tablespoon sugar |
| | mix and put in storage bag then cut off 1 small corner. pour in circular and up and down manner. |
| | fry in 1 or 2 inches of 375 degree oil. brown quickly (30 sec) turn over. |
| | drain on paper towel sprinkle with powdered sugar. can also put cinnamon and sugar. |
