Aunt Carolyn's Elephant Ear Recipe mmm good, easy to make

My aunt Carolyn can cook, boil, bake or fry anything and it's always good. Sometimes she shares her recipes with me.. So thought I would pass em on. This one is for "Elephant Ears"
| | 1/2 cup of butter |
| | 1 cup flour |
| | 4 tbsp of sugar |
| | 1/2 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp salt |
| | 1/3 cup of milk |
| | oven 425 degrees. |
| | grease cookie sheet. |
| | mix together the stuff, knead and roll on flour surface to 9x5. brush with melted butter,sugar, cinnamon. (i like brown sugar,butter and a little vanilla with cinnamon) |
| | roll dough up and cut into 4 equal pieces then pat out to look like ear. |
| | sprinkle with more sugar then bake around 8-10 min. |
