| 1. | Alice Paul - Women's suffragist, largely responsible for women gaining the right to vote through the 19th Ammendment in 1920. |
| 2. | Elanor Rooselvelt - First lady of the US between 1933 and 1945. A delegate to the UN General Assembly and helped get the Universal Declaration of Human Rights passed. |
| 3. | Emma Goldman - Well-know anarchist and all around rebel, she is known for a number of quotes including "If I can't dance, I want no part of your revolution" |
| 4. | Shirley Chisholm - was the first African-American woman elected to congress and was the first major party African-American candidate for President of the United States |
| 5. | Gloria Steinem - A Feminist icon, she founded the magazine Ms. and is an avid advocate for women's rights and victims of childhood sexual abuse. |
