1.	Kraft Macaroni and Cheese- yummy and less than a $1
2.	Chicken Flavored Pasta Roni- an old favorite of mine
3.	Vigo Red Beans and Rice- plenty of fiber, protein , and starch
4.	Any Cereal- just add milk!
5.	Top Ramen- for the truly desperate!
