Pasta Sauce According to Boobala - A recipe for success - It's bueno! TGB

Close friend of mine has this excellent recipe for pasta sauce. It's awesome, try it.. This is for the meatballs and the sauce..
| 1. | Meatballs step 1 - Ground beef or pork or both, bread crumbs, Worchestershire sauce,salt ,Parmesan Cheese, Egg and Italian Seasoning.. Mix this unitl it's gooey the texture of er uh playdoh. |
| 2. | Meatballs 2 Roll into balls.. and set aside |
| 3. | Sauce - 5 quart pot, cover bottom with olive oil and add two tablespoons of minced garlic. Brown Garlic |
| 4. | Add meatballs to hot garlic olive oil and saute' until medium rare - Set meatballs in fridge |
| 5. | Add 4 cans of tomato paste, add 1 to 2 cans of water per can of tomato paste, less water, thicker sauce |
| 6. | Stir and cook over low heat until sauce is even consistency |
| 7. | Add Italian seasoning, orgeno, basil marjoram, thyme rosemary, savory, sage to taste (Can use McCormick's Italian Seasoning, tablespoon per can) |
| 8. | Add more garlic if needed |
| 9. | Cook on low for about an hour stirring occassionally.. Taste, if "tinny" taste add 2 tablespoons of sugar |
| 10. | Continue cooking for about 3 hours, simmer, low stir as needed |
| 11. | Add meatballs, italian sausage (cooked and drained), or other meat.. |
| 12. | If adding Pork, Chicken or Beef, add about an hour before serving. Be sure to cut them into chunks, 2 inch chunks. |
| 13. | Cook for about a half hour to cook meatballs then it's ready to serve |
| 14. | Serve over pasta |
