1.	Nice sunny warm weather most of the year.
2.	Close to Big Bear and ArrowHead for winter time fun.
3.	Closer to Vegas then LA is.
4.	Not to far from Disneyland and SeaWorld.
5.	Close to Palm Springs - but not as hot.
6.	Close to Indian Gaming.
7.	Bigger lot/land sizes so people are not right on top of each other.
8.	Was the home of Roy Rogers and Dale Evans.
9.	Has a rich history of movie stars and entertainment people - back in the day.
10.	A growing community but still with some hometown feeling left.
11.	They do a Christmas Tree lighting ceramony and sing carols, without protestors or crazy people.
12.	St. Timothy's school rather than public school.
13.	Beautiful sunsets and sunrises against a desert backdrop.
14.	Rich history of Apples and farming which is like a hidden secret now.
15.	You can BBQ on Thanksgiving.
16.	We get snow - yes snow in the desert is wonderful to watch.
17.	Desert thunderstorms are beautiful and awesome
18.	In the desert you learn to appericiate nature and what it can do - or else.
