How to Peel an Orange
HOW TO User Created List

Tags: Oranges, fruit, food, dining

I read somewhere that the number of oranges being sold in super markets is rapidly declining cause folks don't know how to peel them... Here's a contribution to the Orange Industry.. thank you Florida

1. You will need a paring knife and metal spoon. And an orange of course! Perhaps a paper towel or napkin
2. Pick up orange
3. Some folks roll it around like one might a lemon before squeezing but I don't suggest it
4. Take the orange in your left and the knife in the right (Lefties, you know the drill)
5. Imagine the orange is the earth and you are going to cut around the equator.
6. Make a thin incision all around the equator. the incision should be only as think as the orange skin
7. Put down knife
8. Pick up Spoon and insert it in the incision and then gently slide it under the orange skin and peel off the skin..
9. Put spoon and knife in sink.
10. Pick up napkin, stuff it down your shirt.
11. Consume orange
