I have a very busy lifestyle so here are a few tips i've found to help save time and money.
| | Buy food in bulk rather than going to the store whenever you need to cook something else. |
| | Cook and freeze food, instead of buying once a week or so you go to the store once a month and you cook once a month and clean the major dishes once a month. |
| | If you want to watch some tv. During those commericals we all hate to watch, get up and do some cleaning instead of flipping to other channels. |
| | Exercise while you watch tv. |
| | Do lunges while you wash your face or brush your teeth, its more fun than standing their in front of the mirror watching yourself do that. |
