These are simple but powerful ways of keeping yourself fit.
| | Eat less if you age above 35. |
| | Do at least simple exercises daily. |
| | Never worry about anything. |
| | Do yoga. |
| | Do meditation. |
| | Do pranayama ( breathing exercise) |
| | Laughter is the best medicine. laugh for at least 30 minutes 3 times a week. |
| | Listen to soothing music. |
| | Play with children whenever you get an opportunity. |
| | Try to help others. |
| | Split meals when dining out. If you can't, always leave something on your plate. |
| | Sign up for a local race. Length is not important. Commit to something and make it happen. |
