1st Year Law Students Have Needs...Here are 5
SCHOOL DAYS
Tags: law students, school, must have
Making a 1L happy and providing their needs is not difficult at all. Here are five things you can give to help them make it through their first year.
| 1. | Pre-Paid Visa card- Law books are expensive and finding deals are hard. Purchasing books from the school bookstore is a out of the question. A law student needs the flexibility of being able to purchase books where they find a great deal. Law books range from $600 to over a $1000, giving money towards books will make any student extremely happy. |
| 2. | Restaurant Gift Card- Law students do not have time to cook, just purchase a gift card to the students favorite restaurant. Save a student from starvation...give a gift card! |
| 3. | Favorite Liquor- Law students drink more. Give your student a bottle of their favorite liquor beer. This will be extremely helpful during midterms and finals. |
| 4. | Earplugs- Believe or not, the library can be a noisy place. This is another mid-term and final necessity. You cannot imagine what can happen if a law student does not a quiet space during these times. Please help prevent your student from committing an act of violence. |
| 5. | Laptop- Do I really need to explain. It is extremely hard to make it through school without a laptop. Professors talk fast and students have to plug in and keep up. Plus, it is impossible to complete a law school exam by hand. Only a fool would attempt that task... Please help your student get great grades |
| 6. | Ipod- It is a great way to tune out annoying classmates. If you want your student to stay focus and prevent inappropriate outburst, please purchase an Ipod. Besides, 1st years do not have time to watch TV and listening to music is the next best thing. |
