Daily Cleaning without the Dread
HOW TO
Tags: cleaning, housekeeping, home
This list will give people who don't like to clean a starting point for *quick* daily cleaning. I used to take three times as long cleaning my house every day before I made a comprehensive checklist. Without one, I wandered around feeling overwhelmed by the mess and completing random tasks one at a time. You wouldn't think a systematic approach would make such a huge difference, but it really does.
To cut down on daily cleaning time, keep in mind that not every room needs to be cleaned every day! Only the rooms that are seen by visitors and/ or get messy on a daily basis need daily attention! So save your sanity and leave bedrooms and kids & master bathrooms for a weekly basis.
