A short list of things I'd like to accomplish before I die. A few are a bit silly, others not so much.

| | Learn to swim |
| | Swim with a blue whale, a dolphin, and a great white shark (not all at once, knock on wood) |
| | Shake the hand of the president, whoever he happens to be at the time |
| | Learn to play guitar or piano |
| | Hit 100 mph or more (hopefully without getting caught!) |
| | Visit Normandy Beach |
| | Rescue (adopt) a retired thoroughbred racehorse |
| | Slim down to a healthy weight and maintain it |
| | Meet my favorite singer, Richard Marx |
| | Own a Savannah Cat (serval/domestic cat hybrid) |
| | Go to the high school graduations of both my nephews |
| | Reestablish contact with my childhood friend, whom I haven't seen in more than a decade |
