Top Ten Items the Mother of a Toddler Must Have
INFORMATIVE
Tags: parenting, toddlers, kids
The Top Ten things you really need (or will make life easier) with a toddler.
| | 1.See Kai Run shoes. Yes, They are expensive. But they are the best shoes I have been able to find for little ones who hate hard souled shoes. Plus, they don't fall apart so they last awhile. |
| | 2.Harness/leash. My child hardly notices his "backpack" and I don't have to worry about him running off into a crowd at the zoo etc. I'd rather him safe than hurt or kidnapped. |
| | 3.Plan toys. They are high quality, last a long time and a lot of them are good for multiple ages and stages. |
| | 4. Lovey. Every kid needs some sort of stuffed animal/ blankie etc. Whatever makes them happy. |
| | 5. (for the not yet potty trained) Bum Genius 3.0 pocket diapers. Yes, cloth diapering does take a bit of work, but these are great overnight. |
| | 6.Home safety products. Life is easier when you have doorknob covers. |
| | 7. Lots and lots of books. Enough said. |
| | 8. Art supplies. Foster a love of art from the start. |
| | 9.Easy snacks for on the go... raisins, cheerios...you get the idea. |
| | 10. A safe car or booster seat. Remember that many models will rear face until a child is thirty pounds. This is MUCH safer than turning them at a year. |
