The Bucket List: The Top 5 Things a RPG Gamer Geek Needs to Buy Before They Die
AMUSING
Tags: Gary Gygax, Dice, Chainmail, D and D, Gamer, White Wolf, Rifts, Bucket List, Geek
This list is made assuming that the gamer in question has unlimited funds before said death either that or he has somehow gained the power to manifest the items in question. I figure for argument sake we'll go with unlimited funds. So onward we go:
| | Original Copy of a First Edition D&D Players Handbook signed by Gary Gygax: Gary Gygax is considered to be one of the fathers of tabletop role playing. With this said not only does that make his signature on one of the foundation books of D&D special, it makes it almost priceless. |
| | Large Blue Aluminum Chain mail Dice Bag (5"x6"): While not necessarily having to be blue, a large dice bag is essential for a gamer. The fact that it is also made of chain mail, which can be used as a "stupid weapon" if needed makes it doubly so. |
| | A couple sets of Adventuring Dice: Preferably made of bone or metal. Really you need some swank dice to go in the awesome chain mail bag. |
| | A Book Shelf Containing At Least Two Complete Sets of Books: Pick your poison. Whether your a D&D freak, which is up to 4th Edition;a White Wolf follower,Old or New; or even A Glitter boy from Rifts; a good gamer should have at least one of each book in a series. |
| | A Gigantic Fridge Filled with Munchies of Choice: Every gamer needs food and drink for a long night of RPing, it's a rule. |
