warming up ones body before you start an out door game like cricket, basket ball, foot ball,etc. it just starts from head to toe
| | revolve your head clock wise and anti clock wise |
| | revolve your wrist holding your hand clockwise and anti clockwise |
| | revolve your shoulders clock wise and anti clockwise |
| | stretch your side ribcage muscles by stretching your hands to knees sideways |
| | lift your leg in air and revolve ankle clock wise and anti clock wise |
| | bend your body by keeping hand and legs straight and touch hands to land |
| | fold your legs backwards such that your legs should touch your buttocks |
| | run for five rounds around the ground which you play |
| | do the same after playing your game for warm down |
