    		• Decriminalizing marijuana frees up police resources to deal with more serious crimes.

    		• Criminal laws prohibiting marijuana possession do not deter marijuana use.

    I totally agree with this, marijuana does not hurt our community as a whole. If nicotine, caffenine and alcohol are all legal then marijuana should at least be decriminilized if not legalized. It would take a lot of pressure, time and resources off out courts and jails.
