| 7. | Shelly Meyer: No he just kinda raised his eye for a second. Urban |
| 8. | 911 Operator: Ok but he felt........When did he tell you he was having chest pains? Did he say he was having chest pains? |
| 9. | Shelly Meyer: He just popped up and said his side was tingling and he acted like his chest was hurting, and he got out of bed and he fell on the floor |
