Finally a system that enables you to eat everything you want - dried fruit, cheese, including sweets! But only at the right time! Cronobiologia studies how food affects our biological rhythm of ingesting during the day.

  • It is known also that food nutrients are not absorbed the same at different times of day, as follows: fat ingested in the evening are stored, but if eaten in the morning are used as energy source. Also known is the fact that a good digestion requires three or four hours between meals.

  • It is also a well known fact that if you eat very quickly and without chewing well, you eat more at one meal to get a sense of saturation. The principle based on rules created by Delabos Simon is: the human body works after its own rhythm and we have to take into account the natural needs which vary durring a day.

  • It is preferable to eat more in the morning and at lunch, because fat is stored more easily at night. If we follow this scheme we consume about 1400-1500 kcal / day. This allows the weight loss, faster for men and a little harder for women. If we follow, we may impose a regime of radical change dietary habits.

  • Breakfast the most important meal of the day should be a solid nutritional base: 100 g cheese, 70 g bread, 20 g butter and sugar-free drink (tea, herbal infusion).

  • Lunch should contain an appreciable amount of protein. Eat white meat chicken grilled with garnish (mixed salad or rice). Do not forget! No appetizer,dessert or bread. A light snack between lunch and dinner.Also you should take a tonic snack, with at least 4 hours before dinner and should contain fresh fruit or fruit juice.

  • Dinner must include, as well as lunch, a single dish, and remember: no bread and dessert! Eat more fish and green vegetables.

  • CONTRAINDICATIONS: Do not follow this procedure if you have heart problems and if you have high cholesterol replace butter with margarine.

  • Advantages: An advantage of the system is that it suppresses the "crunches" between meals. If we eat daily at the same time the effort is reduced and the body will soon be ready for digestion.
