Here's a list of the average IQ's by State starting with the highest IQ (Massachusetts at 104.3) to the lowest. (Mississippi at 94.2) Developed in 2004 list is called McDaniel's Estimated Average IQ Score named after Micheal McDaniel,a professor at the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Business.
