The EPA recommends you report a an accident or other emergency involving radioactive materials report it to the National Response Center at 1.800.424.8802 or, in the Washington, DC area 202.267.2675
Staff at the National Response Center are on-duty 24 hours per day, 365 days per year to take calls about pollution incidents. The NRC immediately relays each report to the predesignated Federal On-Scene Coordinator, as well as other affected federal and state partners.
