I cant believe Buenas Aires - a city with 12.4 million people - could actually be a top 10 city in the world. I don't think I would ever want to be in a place with that many people... that is insane! BUT MAYBE?!?? Can't be a "nay-sayer' Comment by: Pratt I have been fortunate to spend most of my life in TOP 10 cities. Between 1960 and 1995, I lived in mid-town Manhattan (East 52nd Street) and moved to the (not on the above list, but on most travel magazines top 10 in the world lists) lovely colonial but still cosmopolitant village of San Miguel de Allende in the mountains of Mexico. Amazingly, to most people who have not lived in either, Manhattan and San Miguel have so much in common for the resident.
