	Regular salad dressing Light salad dressing
	Mayonnaise Reduced-fat mayonnaise
	Tuna packed in oil Tuna packed in water
	Bacon: Canadian bacon
	Skinless chicken (dark meat): Skinless chicken (white meat)
	Ground beef: Ground round
