HOW TO
Tags: Leakages, Dampness in Building, Mold, Building Problems, Building Repairs
Leakages and Dampness can lead to a serious mold problem in your building. The best thing to do is quickly resolve the situation. Below are some ways you can do this:
| 1. | Use a basic raw material for minor leaks, such as cement, preferably "opc" grade. |
| 2. | Mix the basic material with any polymer (sbr) and apply it over the leaks. If any cracks are observed, cut a V-groove and apply the mix in a paste form to rectify this problem. |
| 3. | Try using the "Renderoc plug" manufactured by Fosroc, or any equivalent product available in the local market to solve your pressure leak problem. |
| 4. | Find a professional if you find you have structural damages. |
