Leakages and Dampness can lead to a serious mold problem in your building. The best thing to do is quickly resolve the situation. Below are some ways you can do this:

1. Use a basic raw material for minor leaks, such as cement, preferably "opc" grade.
2. Mix the basic material with any polymer (sbr) and apply it over the leaks. If any cracks are observed, cut a V-groove and apply the mix in a paste form to rectify this problem.
3. Try using the "Renderoc plug" manufactured by Fosroc, or any equivalent product available in the local market to solve your pressure leak problem.
4. Find a professional if you find you have structural damages.
