How to Paint Wallpaper

Although you should always attempt to remove all the wallpaper before painting, sometimes it is just unavoidable. Here is how you can paint over wallpaper.
| 1. | Remove any loose wallpaper. |
| 2. | Sand the seams so they will not show. You may have to use sheet rock mud to mud the edges of the seams so they will not show. |
| 3. | Paint the paper with a stain-blocker primer. |
| 4. | Paint the wall using any good quality paint. |
