How to Level a Bumpy Lawn
HOW TO
Tags: Bumpy Lawn, Lawn Probloems, Lawn Repairs, Lawn Maintance
Smoothing out that bumpy lawn can make your lawn one of the best on the block.
| 1. | Wait a day or two after it rains, when the ground is damp (but not completely wet and squicky.) |
| 2. | Overseed your lawn with new grass seed. |
| 3. | Rent a lawn roller at your local tool rental location. Big stores like "Home Depot" will have these. |
| 4. | Take the lawn roller home in the back of a truck or trailer. |
| 5. | Fill the lawn roller with water. This adds weight, which will help flatten your lawn. |
| 6. | Using your lawn tractor or large, muscular body, pull the roller around your yard, being certain to roll over every bumpy spot. |
| 7. | Return the roller before your time is up, so as not to incur additional charges. |
