How to Level a Bumpy Lawn

Smoothing out that bumpy lawn can make your lawn one of the best on the block.

1.	Wait a day or two after it rains, when the ground is damp (but not completely wet and squicky.)
2.	Overseed your lawn with new grass seed.
3.	Rent a lawn roller at your local tool rental location. Big stores like "Home Depot" will have these.
4.	Take the lawn roller home in the back of a truck or trailer.
5.	Fill the lawn roller with water. This adds weight, which will help flatten your lawn.
6.	Using your lawn tractor or large, muscular body, pull the roller around your yard, being certain to roll over every bumpy spot.
7.	Return the roller before your time is up, so as not to incur additional charges.
