Art Garfunkel has read an outstanding number of books in his lifetime. According to him, since 1968 at 27 years of age, he has read 967 books. This is a list of those he considers his favorites books. The books are in the chronological order of which they were read, followed by author, title, date published and number of pages.

    967 books in 40 years is only about 24 books a year, or two a month. I've easily read more than that. But I haven't kept a list.
