1.	Do a right grapevine.
2.	Do a left grapevine.
3.	Take 4 steps backwards.
4.	Reach from back foot to front foot.
5.	Reach from front foot to back foot.
6.	Take a step to the right and while doing so, turn to face the left.
7.	Repeat all steps.
