This is how you can break up with a long distance girlfriend.
| 1. | Figure out exactly why you are breaking up. Understand that she will be hurt, so make sure you can explain it clearly. She can understand it better if your explanation is clearer. |
| 2. | When you don't think things are working out between you two, explain why. If you give her an honest reason, she will understand, and not, she can share her feelings with you. |
| 3. | When you are done explaining, let her give her side of the story. If she had done something that you did not like, let her explain. Give her a chance, as it will make the breakup less painful for her. |
| 4. | When she asks you questions, answer her. Be honest and be patient. Remember, that you are hurting her. |
| 5. | Do not just say what you have to say, and then walk away, or hang up the telephone. Give her a chance to respond. Be kind and considerate. |
