7 Steps to Skinny: Definition of Good Nutrition

According to Craig Ballantyne, C.S.C.S. (Men's Health contributor), these are 7 steps to having "good nutrition" and therefore losing weight.

1.	Be in a caloric deficit (that means fewer calories in than are needed to maintain your weight)
2.	Lots of fiber-rich fruits and vegetables
3.	No processed carbohydrates (nothing from a bag or a box)
4.	Protein at every meal
5.	5-6 small meals per day rather than 2-3 big meals
6.	Fiber-rich nuts as snacks
7.	No sugar
