Your credit score can have a large effect on some of the major purchases you make such as a home or a car. Below are some ways to improve your credit score.
| 1. | Maintain a small number of revolving accounts and pay off the balance each month. |
| 2. | Do not apply for credit indiscriminately. |
| 3. | On the off chance that you do make a late loan or mortgage payment ask the lender for forgiveness. |
| 4. | Get a new credit card and do not use it. |

| 10. | Never close out lines of credit that you use responsibly. |
