Good list. Here's a tip..
Get Rid of all the junk, knickknacks, excess furniture,photographs,and other items that you have gotten used to but others see as cluttering up the house. Reducing the amount of furniture makes the home look bigger
Get all yard work done and keep it looking pristeen
Research for the best realtor in your area.. Realtors who are friends, aren't always your best bet
