The Killers are a Grammy-nominated American rock band from Las Vegas, Nevada. Formed in 2002 and made up of Brandon Flowers (vocals, keyboards), Dave Keuning (guitar, vocals), Mark Stoermer (bass guitar, vocals) and Ronnie Vannucci Jr., (drums, percussion).

	Ronie Vannucci has a degree in classical percussion from the UNLV.
	Ronnie Vannucci's first drum kit was purchased by his parents from a heroin addict.
	Album "Sam's Town" was certified Platinum by the RIAA on January 26, 2007.
	Made a Christmas song called "A Great Big Sled".
	In People magazine for November 27, 2006, the Killers were named "Sexiest Band."
	Dave Keuning's old stage name, which he no longer uses, was "Tavian Go".
	Felice LaZae appears on the cover of Sam's Town.
	David Keuning went to the University of Iowa.
	The band members do a pre-show ritual, affectionately called "The Cuddle." Brandon Flowers was quoted as saying "We all join together in a circle before we go onstage...Even our feet touch, which is something I just kind of noticed. It's kind of like a soccer coach talking to the kids."
	At one time Bradon Flowers worked as a bellhop at the Gold Coast Hotel.
	In 2005, they won at the World Music Awards for World's Best Selling New Group.

	In an interview with BBC Radio 1's Zane Lowe a couple of days before The Killers were due to play the Empress Ballroom in Blackpool, lead singer Brandon Flowers said he drinks Red Bull before a concert because it makes him feel nervous, and he likes nervous energy before going on stage
	First album "Hot Fuss" was originally recorded as a demo.
	In an interview by MTV, The Killers says that "Read My Mind" is their favorite song.
	Were once featured on VH1's 'You Oughtta Know" series.
