Recipe: All-American Beef Burgers

Easy recipe for cooking a classic American burger.

	Ingredients
	1 lb lean ground beef
	1/3-2/3 cup Quick-Cooking Oats
	1/2 teaspoon Paprika
	Salt to taste
	Pepper to taste
	Cumin to taste (optional)
	1/2 teaspoon crushed dried hot peppers
	3-4 tablespoons Tomato Sauce
	1 egg, beaten
	Directions
	Mix all ingredients in a large bowl.
	Form into preferred size patties
	Brush with Oil and Grill
