    well i think his airness mj himself has the highest vertical leap in history of the nba....as was said by the panel of sports analiest air jordan jumped about 48 inches...

    Jordan was 6'6 and i assure you that he did not have a 48 inch vertical. It only appeared like he had 48 because he had "hang-time" and he knew how to control his vertical with authority. Kobe right now is doing most of the same dunks jordan pulled off and hes not even listed as 40".

    Jordan was definately 40+ inches but i'd be suprised if he was anymore than 44 inches. Lebron right now is listed at around 44/45. Jamario Moon right now has a higher vertical than jordan ever dreamed of. J-Rich is listed at 46 inches. If you want a legitimate 48 inch vertical, look up Gerald Green wen he was on the Celtics.
