God gives you commandments for your benefit, as they are instructions on how to have a happy and productive life. The more you learn about and love God, the more you will desire to do His will (John 14:21) . Once you understand the commandments, you must have the courage to obey Him, even if it means giving up something you want very much. Your loving Heavenly Father will bless you for your obedience with “peace in this world, and eternal life in the world to come” (Doctrine and Covenants 59:23).

	Keep the Sabbath Day Holy
	Baptism and Confirmation
	Follow the Prophet
	Live the Law of Chastity
	Obey the Word of Wisdom
	Live the Law of Tithing
	Observe the Law of the Fast
	Obey and Honor the Law
	Endure to the End
