The 2007 ESPY Awards were held at the Kodak Theater in Hollywood, CA. This year's hosts were Lebron James and Jimmy Kimmel. This was the 15th annual award ceremony. The 2007 winners were:
| | Best Team - Indianapolis Colts: How can you argue with the Super Bowl champs? They deserved it. |
| | Best Male Athlete - LaDainian Tomlinson, RB for San Diego Chargers: I would have gone with Peyton Manning. Winning the Super Bowl is much more impressive than individual awards. |
| | Best Female Athlete - Tarnye Mowatt, softball picther from the University of Arizona: Where is the love for Ohio st. alumni Jessica Davenport? She dominated the competition in the Big Ten and was the Shaq of women's basketball. |
| | Best Coach - Tony Dungy, from the Indianapolis Colts: He is a class act, and deserved to win the award after years of trying to get over the hump. |
| | Best Championship Performance - Peyton Manning, QB for the Indianapolis Colts: Even though Manning led his team to victory at the Super Bowl, this award should have gone to Tony Parker who destroyed the Cavs in the Finals. |
| | Best NBA Player - Lebron James, from the Cleveland Cavaliers: Hands down, the King earned his crown this year. Especially with his Jordanesque performance against the Pistons in the playoffs. |
| | Best Male Tennis Player - Roger Federer: Not even up for debate. |
| | Best Male Golfer - Tiger Woods: Same as above. |
| | Best Finish - L.A. Dodgers over San Diego Padres (Back-to-back-to-back-to-back Home Runs): This was crazy and worthy of the award, but how can you top the Statue of Liberty play at the end of the Boise St.-Oklahoma game? I guess you can't give Boise all the awards. |
| | Best Sports Movie - Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby: I thought this film was way overrated and not one of Will's best. Invincible was an aspiring sports movie and should have won the award. |
| | Best NFL Player - LaDainian Tomlinson: You can't argue with his accomplishments, besides Peyton Manning and Reggie Bush he ist he most exciting player to watch in the NFL. |
| | Best Record-Breaking Performance - LaDainian Tomlinson: Fantasy Football owners of Tomlinson loved watching him rack up touchdowns on his way to making history. |
| | Like Nothing Else Award - LaDainian Tomlinson: I don't even know what this award means, but I guess Tomlinson fill the qualifications. Why not him? |
| | Best Game - Boise State football team, beating University Oklahoma in the Fiesta Bowl: This game was unbelievable to watch and will be talked about for years to come. Is it any surprise they are making a movie on the Boise St. team? |
| | Best Play - Boise State football, 2-point conversion statue-of-liberty play against Oklahoma: This had every sports fan jump off their couch and scream at the TV. It was the perfect call in the right situation. |
| | Best Moment - New Orleans Saints, who returned to the Superdome for the first time since Hurricane Katrina and defeated the Atlanta Falcons on "Monday Night Football.": This was a very emotional moment for anyone who watched it. How could you not cheer for the Saints after what their city had been through and their team's performance throughout the season? |
| | Jimmy V ESPY for Perseverance - Kay Kow, North Carolina State women's basketball coach: It got a little dusty in the room when Kay made her speech. She is an unbelievable person. |
