Who is this Amy Polumbo girl that everyone is talking about? And why is she so buzzworthy?

Amy Polumbo is Miss New Jersey.

She's a 22-year old student from Howell NJ.

She is a student at Wagner College on Staten Island (NY) majoring in drama.

She weighs 120 pounds, 5-foot 4-inches tall and blonde.

She is being blackmailed over some photos taken from her FaceBook page.

She recently released the pictures on NBC's "Today Show" because she didn't feel there was even anything risque about them.

In an interview with Bill O'Reilly she commented that she didn't think anyone would have a problem with them.

Her mother agrees the photos are nothing too risque and that the picture with her boyfreind kissing her breast is just a joke, and that the boyfriend is a good kid and special education major.

The pageant will decide if it merits her losing her crown soon.

Never has so much been made about so little! (Ok, I exagerate, maybe there has.) But this controversy is rediculous. No way she should lose her crown.

those pictures weren't scandalous at all! what a joke - this must have been some sort of publicity stunt by her - she does want to be an actress
